TYPE: Family Placed Death Notice
Marilyn Lewis Taylor, 62, wife of John Taylor, passed away at home on January
26, 2007 at home. Surviving in addition to her husband of 40 years are a
son, Michael L. Taylor of Greenville; daughter, Kate Davidson and her husband
Carroll of Simpsonville; and grandchildren, Taylor and Alexis Davidson.
Mrs. Taylor was a retired art teacher, having taught for 26 years at Bethel
Elementary, East Gantt Elementary and Laurel Creek Elementary. She was a
member of Mauldin United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held
at 7 PM, with visitation from 6 - 7 on Mon., Jan. 29 at Mauldin United Methodist
Church. Interment will be at Fellowship Cemetery, Tucker, GA on Tues., Jan.
30 at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mauldin United Methodist
Church, American Cancer Society, or Wiregrass Hospice. Cremation Society
